Select the file that matches your screen resolution and download speed.

The first file is an mpeg (.mpg) file.

640 x 480 resolution (395,817,876 bytes)

The next three files are Windows Media files (.wmv).

640x480 Resolution (35,652,485 bytes)

720p resolution (297,730,687 bytes)

1080i resolution (431,316,434 bytes)

The last is a QuickTime Movie file (.mov). I wouldn't reccommend it because of its size.

720 x 480 resolution (1,809,424,758 bytes)
